UBF 2011 - SUP HOLMES

Anyone remember a person who was insane enough to submit a mime last year?
That was me.
This year, we're going for a rap/pop artist.

JANETTE WILLIAMS

Age: Eighteen.
Gender: Female.
Race: Human.
Height: 5'5 in feet, 1.7 in meters.
Weight: 118 in pounds, 53.52 in kilograms.
Hometown: Nimbasa City, Unova.

Personality

Janette is the type of person to try to have constant class and poise. Yet, she enjoys a good fight, whether it is a Pokemon battle or a brawl with fists. Janette can be brutally honest at times, but she refuses to be otherwise.

The young woman has great dedication to succeed in her career and Pokemon team, and often, she can be rather strict and serious. However, once training is over, Janette enjoys having fun and having good (and very loud) laughs.

Likes
Dancing, writing, big cities and bright lights, loud noises and music, interacting with Pokemon, singing, chatting, and fighting.

Dislikes
HATERS, blisters, closed spaces, silence, losing, and stuck-ups.

Brief History
Janette grew up within a home near the Nimbasa City amusement park. It was not nearly as grand as it was today, but to the little girl, it was her own dream playground.
The loud music and bright lights would make tears well up in her eyes from how great it was. (Or how bright the lights really were..) She'd often beg her parents to take her every weekend.
On one visit, a band was performing on a large stage with their Pokemon. Even though she had arrived in the middle of a song, Janette was entranced and refused to move from her spot. It was at that moment that she decided to form her own Pokemon band and travel the world.

POKEMON

Gaga - Kirlia
Gender: Female.
Ability: Trace.
Nature: Quiet.
Item: Twisted Spoon.
Moves: Hypnosis, Dream Eater, Psychic, and Pain Split.

History: Gaga was caught right after Janette visited relatives in the Hoenn region. Originally, the Ralts was extremely clumsy, and the trainer was very indecisive as to whether to keep the Pokemon or not.
After a remark about Gaga's voice and general 'unique' dance, she changed her mind. And once Gaga evolved, Janette was sure to keep her.
Quirks: Gaga often steals and wears Janette's make-up.
The Kirlia cannot stand for anyone to touch her headphones. She has stuck her twisted spoon item among the wires.

Snoop - Cradily.
Gender: Male.
Ability: Suction Cups.
Nature: Serious.
Item: Big Root.
Moves: Giga Drain, Earthquake, Rock Slide, and Energy Ball.

History: When Janette originally came across Snoop, she had been kicking his fossil around outside for around an hour. Her uncle managed to stop her from breaking the poor thing entirely. Fortunately, the scientists at Rustboro were still able to reanimate Snoop. As 'punishment', her uncle made Janette promise to always keep the Lileep on her team.
Quirks: Snoop will often have colorful beads in his tentacles. When he shakes his head, it makes a tambourine-like sound.


Rihanna - Scrafty.
Gender: Female.
Ability: Shed Skin.
Nature: Brave.
Item: Expert Belt.
Moves: Crunch, Hi Jump Kick, Facade, and Dragon Claw.

History: Rihanna was found by Janette in Resort Desert after she had been attacked by a troop of Sandile. The trainer revived and healed the Pokemon before carrying her to a nearby Pokemon Center. The Scrappy was too traumatized and scared to leave Janette, and therefore, she was placed on her team.
Quirks: Rihanna has moments where she trembles and freezes in her place. She always keeps her hood up as well.

Lex - Emolga.
Gender: Male.
Ability: Static.
Nature: Naughty.
Item: None.
Moves: Acrobatics, Aerial Ace, Discharge, Thunder.

History: Lex was Janette's first Pokemon. He was a gift from her father after she had expressed admiration of another girl's Emolga. He is highly curious and clever, but he can be a bit protective over Janette.

Quirks: Lex loves candy and Moo Moo Milk.

Shawty - Flareon.
Gender: Female.
Ability: Flash Fire.
Nature: Lonely.
Item: Absorb Bulb.
Moves: Lava Plume, Wish, Superpower, and Bite.

History: Shawty was discovered as an Eevee at a Daycare Center. There had been an abundance of Eevees after a trainer had left them there for quite some time. She was noted to be highly vicious, battling past her siblings by biting and pulling their ears. Janette evolved Shawty into a Flareon after seeing how pretty their fur was.

Quirks: Shawty loves to flirt with other Pokemon but has a soft spot for Beyonce.
She wears her Absorb Bulb as a clip-on earring.

Beyonce - Milotic.
Gender: Female.
Ability: Marvel Scale.
Nature: Sassy.
Item: Leftovers.
Moves: Aqua Ring, Recover, Surf, and Avalanche.

History: Beyonce was a gift from Janette's aunt and uncle in the Hoenn region, and upon seeing it as a Feebas, the trainer really wished that they hadn't. Upon evolving, the young girl screamed, "HELL YEAH!"

Quirk: Beyonce is easily the fiercest of all of Janette's Pokemon. In battle, she will attempt to drown her prey by constricting them in a pool of water.
Beyonce loves Shawty but is unsure of the Flareon's feelings on the matter.
